By default, MicroSurfer downloads links in the background, giving priority to any foreground surfing. You can pause MicroSurfer's downloading by selecting Pause All Downloading from the Go menu, context menu, toolbar or with the keyboard shortcut <Ctrl-U>.
When using the Pause All Downloading command, downloading will stop after the current item is finished downloading. The icons for all links that were downloading or queued for downloading will then be marked with a pause icon ("||").
Select Pause All Downloading a second time to resume downloading where you left off.
Note: Once you select Pause All Downloading, MicroSurfer may take a few seconds to finish downloading the current page component before stopping all downloading.
