You can open MicroSurfer Tours that are saved locally on your hard drive using the Open command to bring up the standard File Open dialog. MicroSurfer remembers the last directory that you opened a MicroSurfer Tour from and uses that as its default directory. You can open a MicroSurfer Tour as read-only if you do not want to modify it during use.
