You can use MicroSurfer Tours to automate the process of viewing frequently visited sites.
Collect links to frequently visited pages such as news, stocks, weather, etc. into a MicroSurfer. Then, whenever you want to view these pages, open the MicroSurfer Tour, allow the first few to download and click the Next button in MicroSurfer to view each one directly. As you are reading one page others will be downloading in the background.
